Hydraulic Motorized Closing |
We manufacture Motorized Hydraulic opening & Closing Device. In which the power pack does the tightening and releasing of the Plate pack in Filter Press. This Hydraulic Motorized Closing Filter press is a threaded ram with lock nut type power pack which is Hand operated DCV (Direct Control Valve) . This is manually lever operated direction control valve, capable to operate the Forward & Reverse of the main cylinder of Filter press and can be operated by Hand lever push buttons control Panel. The oil suction strainer (Filter) connected with the hydraulic pump is to be cleaned periodically every 4 weeks. Before the cover is taken off, it has to be cleaned very carefully so that no dirt can fall into the oil tank.
Hydraulic Power pack is closed system compact power pack unit, specially designed for Filter press application. Electrical motor driven Hydraulic pump will high pressure oil to cylinder by directional valve for moving of Hydraulic Ram. The power pack is remote mounted and flexible hoses are provided for comprises of Power pack unit with cylinder. The power pack unit comprises of Tank. Motor, Hydraulic Pump, drive coupling Directional Control Valve, Relief – Valve, Filter breather assembly, Oil Level Gauge etc.

We are manufacturing different sizes of Filter presses in 355mm, 470mm, 610mm, 800mm, 915mm, 1000mm, 1200mm & 1500mm with Hyd. Motorized Closing.
